Everything is in pretty good condition, the only thing is wishing there was more storage, as well as a better laundry system. Having the laundry so close is awesome, it's just overpriced.

Not a bad price but you get what you're pay for. Would never recommend for anyone to live here.

Management absolutely sucks. They are completely incompetent, slow to respond to any needs, and don't care
about their tenants. They double charge and include hidden fees, don't respond to our maintenance requests, and couldn't even get me a working key to my apartment within 2 weeks of the move in date.

Moved into an apartment with broken windows, an AC unit that sits on the floor and
pisses everywhere, sinks that won't drain, and the place was filled with bugs.

Worth the money, Responsive management, Run down
East Pointe management is available and easy to work with.
The laundry room only takes quarters, which is super inconvenient.
With a parking pass, parking is very reasonable.
Maintenance requests are filled in a reasonable amount of time.
There is only one internet outlet per apartment, which means we can
only have one wifi router. Apt 16 does not have carpet in the living room, which sucks.

Overall, this is a solid, you get what you pay for experience. The maintenance team takes care of things you need, the place is well furnished, and everything works well enough.

I love living at East Pointe! There is plenty of storage and space for the amount of people in the unit. It is very cozy and decently clean.

The floors are beyond squeaky and the plumbing was clearly pieced together like a jigsaw puzzle
made of different puzzles, but ultimately the place overall isn't too bad and gets the job done.

As my first apartment as a return missionary, this was a great place to start. PLENTY of room despite being 2 people in one room. The location is right by Main Street so that’s super convenient and fun because there’s frequent festivals and things happening just a walking distance. Smiths
is also super close.
