Responsive management, Great location, 10/10 would recommend
The complex is great! The location is so great and makes it easy to get just about anywhere with or without a car.

Great location, Dating potential, 10/10 would recommend
Great apartment complex with my favorite ward I've ever lived in in Provo. Parking is hit or miss (kinda cramped). But all in all definitely worth it for the awesome people!

They get a bad rap but we've actually felt like they're pretty responsive! Our washer started

leaking and they swooped in to help really fast and helped us make sure it was totally resolved.

They're clean although on the older end. Hit or miss because some are more remodeled. But

all of them are decent for Provo!

my apartment in Devonshire has been good. each unit is owned separately so i can’t speak for them all. our landlady is really responsive to getting things fixed fast and the only complaint is the need for an update in the living area but besides that it’s been great. not

social at all and there’s really no community space or amenities at all.

I love my apartment. I live in Dev 21 and it’s really nice. The Dev complex itself looks kinda ghetto but most of the apartments seem to be really nice and comfortable. They all are a little different from each other. Super close to campus and right next to the

bus station which is super nice.

Dev has a private landlord.

first semester living here & enjoying it! the average age of tenets is probably 22 (23 for the guys). every unit gets 2 reserved spots (lit & garage), and everyone else can park in one of the few unreserved spots or on the street if everything is full. if you

don’t attend ward activities or church, it will be hard to meet other people in the building.

are managed by aspen ridge!

the quality of each unit varies, but ours has newer appliances, brand new carpet, and newer

couches. lots of kitchen storage as well. washer/dryer are front loading and also -5 years old.
