Each apartment looks different due to paint and furniture and mine is definitely duller than others. Utilities vary and so I honestly don't know a good estimate. What I listed was what I paid for December 2020. I got a parking pass so parking is SO easy, but I've heard that people who didn't reserve a pass first semester haven't been able to reserve one now. There are always empty spots but I've just heard that maybe a couple people who want passes don't have them. There's not visitor parking but you can park at the village visitor parking across the street until 2am no problem. The street parking is always full so definitely don't count on that. They're quick to boot in our parking lot even in the middle of the day. We're super close to campus, everyone walks and it's easy to take the bus. Enough people have cars that you could always get a ride. The complex is not social though. Except for ward things, people in the complex don't really associate with each other. There's not a common area or shared amenities.
