We are currently selling TWO CONTRACTS in a shared room- perfect for two friends who want to room together for the winter semester and summer and want to be close to BYU!!! Vanities are in the bedrooms and the beds are separated and on risers. 2 girls per bedroom. We love the privacy of having upstairs bedrooms and the kitchen and living room downstairs. The apartments are pretty soundproof which is nice! Underground parking is $25/month so the three of us with cars pay around $400 a month. The maintenance crew is awesome for us, average for the complex as a whole. We’ve never had a major issue with household compliances. We have a swamp cooler and the complex can provide individual ac units in the summer if you ask. We love the ward as well, are 1 block away from the LSB, and close enough to liberty square and the Village to use their pool and amenities.
