Selling my contract Sep 2023- July 2024 at this amazing complex!! It is a private room and private bathroom lease. My roommates were very friendly, social and chill also. The complex was built in 2021 so it looks very nice and appealing. Has tons of amenities like well-equipped gym, hot tub, swimming pool, game rooms, yoga & dance studio etc. The staff are very responsive and helpful with issues that ever arise. I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend!! Very close to the i15 and to UVU I am paying 400 off September rent meaning only $314 to be paid by whoever signs my lease!
