Promenade Place

Selling my corner unit lease at Promenade Place! Right next to UVU (sky bridge!), Trax, and a bus station. close to BYU and lots of shopping + restaurants as well. Rooms are sold out with inflated prices right now, but you would be grandfathered in to the lower price at $499 a month for a private women’s room. I have 2 roommates right now, they’re both super nice and keep the space clean. They just walk to UVU and are gone/quiet most of the time. Because it’s on the corner, we have an extra window in the laundry room, and no noisy neighbors.
