The apartment is 50 ft from BYU campus with an underground parking slot shared between roommates (one has a car). Management is quick to respond to problems--within 24 hours of filing, which I've experienced firsthand. Various bus stops, including the UVX bus, are essentially at the building's doorstep. You're on the third story, so lots of privacy. There's a grocery store and multiple restaurants on the same block. Great kitchen cabinet space. The YSA ward is probably the most friendly and outgoing I've ever seen. Genuinely, I loved living here. If I weren't graduating, I'd keep my room.
