The residents here are very friendly, and the ward is amazing. The location features a gym, study room, and game room. Maintenance requests are easy to submit and fulfilled in a timely manner. Management is easy to contact via text and has always responded quickly (well within 24 hours). I signed a renewal contract before I knew I was getting married, otherwise I wouldn't be selling.
