experience easy. She was very responsive and understanding to my situation.
see morethan enough space for all that I brought (a suitcase and a few average sized boxes).
see moreOlivia Butterfield helped answer all my questions. She was super helpful!!
see moreRA was so helpful when he got locked out of his room! would definitely recommend this place!
see moreand made my experience here better than i could’ve imagined.
see morebest way possible.
see moreroom tidy and clean.
see morein my apartment.
see morealready wifi installed. There’s a big nice living space where it doesn’t feel too cramped like a normal college dorm.
see moreguiding me through things.
see moreover the room but oh well it was a quick clean up so I don't mind.
see moreare problems. If you go into the office they don’t really know what’s going on but I think the RA’s just need more training? I’m not sure.
see morebetter than places I have lived in the past. And compared to some other places close by it is for the best option and not too much more money. I have always felt very safe there and the security team is nice.
see moreminutes and the store in 10! Couldn’t be happier with where I chose to live!
see morerespond to fix-it orders and keep the Green a safe, clean, and beautiful place to live!
see morevery new! I love bringing friends over and hosting hangouts or events! The Green is a place to be proud of!
see morelive there again is the price. The apartment is very nice and comes with a lot of things, but you're definitely paying for it. So if you can afford to live here, I definitely recommend!
see morewith them. I would say this is the only issue I have with this apartment next to pricing.
see morefor everyone to use.
see moreto respond to emails and/or issues--same with the maintenance team! The apartments are also basically brand new, so everything is clean, no mold, and no problems with appliances. And the parking is awesome, nothing gets better than a covered, multilayer parking garage, especially in these Utah winters! No more having to scrape off windshield ice at 6am. The amenities are also great. I haven't had much use for the gym (although it's quite impressive as well) but the triple-pool hot tub is spacious and perfect on cold nights and the sandy volleyball court is cool too. I really appreciate the enforcement of security and quiet hours as well (not that we've had an issue. The walls here seem extra thick somehow) But given the nature of the complex (being mainly catered to young college kids) it can get a little rambunctious. Every now and then you get the random hoot and holler in the halls or outside by the sidewalks, but nonetheless everyone here seems to be enjoying themselves within the rules. Which, as an older adult tenant who's not attending school, I find the alcohol restrictions to be a little funny, but I totally get it and if I want a drink I'll just go to a bar downtown, no problem. The complex is also super ESA friendly, which is always a huge plus considering a lot of places in Utah county nowadays are starting to get even more strict about that kinda thing. And there's tons of social activities that the complex offers, if you're into the whole socializing thing lol so it's not hard to make friends here if you want. Overall tho, I'm loving the place so far. It's safe and fun and the immediate freeway access is a snazzy plus.
see moregetting a delayed response if I have a question or issue.
see moreso nice to live in a place that isn't falling apart.
see morestudy rooms ALL the time and loved hanging out with friends in the game and movie rooms.
see moredid have a question it was always easy to go into the office and ask and the staff there were always really, really nice and helpful.
see moreplenty of parking available with both the outdoor spots and the parking garage. The amount of storage is pretty good and definitely way better than other student apartment buildings I've lived in but I still preferred to have an extra set of drawers for that little bit extra space.
see morearen't overbearing. If I ever have a maintenance issue that needs to be fixed they respond promptly and take care of it.
see moregoing on in the apartment complex.
see moreweek. The appliances and furnishings in the apartment seem good.
see moreunit itself is brand new, which is a major plus. The modern features and fresh atmosphere make it a comfortable space to live in. Young Crowd: If you're a freshman looking to connect with peers, this place is filled with a vibrant and youthful community. It's been great for making friends and feeling a part of the college experience.
see moreresident issues but the management behind the scenes is definitely subpar. I lived out of the state over the summer and at times it would be impossible to get a hold of the office when I would call multiple times a day for days in a row before getting through to someone and being unable to leave a message. Their repair team is awesome and always responds super fast. Main concern is just mainly management and had issues before of them losing my renewal lease and the same issue happened to others I know.
see morequality stuff for construction but by far still the nicest apartments I’ve visited in Utah county for student housing. I do think it is overpriced but the quality is still overall very nice
see morecall staff member can come help you if needed.
see moreeverything. It feels like i’m walking through a fancy hotel in the halls. I love that part especially now that it’s getting cold.
see moredecently clean.
see morevery responsive to my questions.
see moreacross much trouble with my stuff. Cleanliness wise, my apartment was clean when I moved in, but there was quite a lot of little damages and stains that aren't obvious, so it's quite easy to notice them after the initial damage inspection.
see moreof that.
see moreto help with my whole move in process and offered to have someone come in and clean it. Another thing is they don’t warn you if you are getting new roommates but other than that and the random fees this is by far the nicest place to live in the area and I love living here.
see moreaside from that the complex is well upkept.
see morein the office changes so often, but I’ve always been able to get what I needed help with done.
see moreand we have lots of room and full sized closets. My only complaint is that there isn’t a space for a pantry, so food and kitchen equipment storage gets pretty tight.
see moreI love it here!
see moreabout on the 1st building) those hours are trash. Not seeing a lot of problems otherwise
see morecould use a clean up however. Other than that I don’t really see any other problems.
see morearound 2-3 days after you reach out to them. My roommates and I recently had an incident where we tried to call security and the after-hours line for help, but to no avail. Unless it is regarding you paying them money, do not expect management to respond. If anything goes wrong on their behalf, they expect you to pay for their mistakes.
see morehave space to myself. However, no matter how hard I clean, there is always paint chipping and falling off of the wall. Also, the door hinges tend to squeak even if it is barely used. I cannot open my door without hearing a loud and cracky squeal. Everything else is pretty nice though.
