Not terrible but I’m moving next year. It’s like a solid B-. I’ve heard the social is great on non covid years. The spacious aspect of the place is great. It just needs some remodeling for what we pay. Parking is really tough too n

Again, super average. Nothing terrible but not overly impressed either.

Pretty run down. In dire need of new flooring and paint. Some of the furniture is

kind of beat up. Again, not terrible, but nothing special. Wifi is unbearably awful. Parking is a challenge. There’s a garage under but it’s super tiny spaces that lots of cars can’t fit in. Laundry in unit is great. It is also 2 stories with a loft, which is super nice to have 2 living spaces.
