10/10 would recommend, Worth the money, Caring management
I actually quite loved living here. I chose Stadium 150 because I knew it was a really cheap place to live (350/month) but had low expectations ... and it ended up being really awesome. Management is easily accessible and super kind/understanding.

Clean and recently renovated. Lots of space (especially with the 2 fridges) and it truly felt

like a relaxing place to call home.

Worth the money, Run down, Strange crowd
Clubhouse, gym, and free food is all very nice! Definitely an older crowd. Most people are seniors or graduated students. I’m really young so I struggled making friends. Everyone in the ward is super focused and crazy talented so Sundays are a real treat! It looks a little run down

on the outside but it’s actually really nice on the inside. It comes fully furnished including a large tv and two fridges.

It's an older complex. It's close enough to campus you can walk, but it's a long walk.

Would not live here again, Will nickel and dime you, Poor management
Do not live here if you'd like anything more better than a nightmare!!! In general the leasing office is incompetent. Selling my contact consisted of 4 MONTHS of constant work, a whopping $250 fee (for nothing), a threat of withholding my deposit, an attempt at claiming legal obligation that I say

nothing about my experience and SO MANY texts and calls ignored. When I sold my contract, I went into the office every single day to make sure I was doing everything right. They told me I didn't have to do any paperwork although I asked repeatedly (because that's strange that I wouldn't)so I took pictures of the place (that was essential) and moved out like I was given permission to do. Other guy moved in and we were good until lol and behold I'm being charged rent a month later. After many ignored texts, calls and voicemails I finally start getting some help from the manager. She informs me that they have no record of me selling. Already frustrated but determined I worked with her to resell the contact (this time with them paying attention). But there were many errors made including the wrong date that I sold it, the wrong time frame for the new guy. By now it's been long since I'd sold, the late fee on the rent was building up and now they were demanding a $250 selling fee....for what?!?!? They didn't even sell the contact when I sold that. After writing a review about what happened I was threatened by some bogus legal privacy crap. They'd given me a $500 credit towards rent for the next year (I had a contact...I'll get to that) which she took away after I wrote the review claiming that there was a legal clause of complete silence on my part about all experiences with stadium 150. Yeah, legal clause on a document I was never given. Along the line I reminded them that I'd already signed a contact for the next school year...they responded saying that I didn't. Yeah, they lost that too. But at that point, I was glad they'd lost my contract so I wouldn't have to go through hell again. Eventually I paid the rediculous selling fee and then began the hassle of the deposit return. I had to nag and nag and nag. I was calling 3-4 times a week and texting and getting ignored multiple times. Finally they randomly sent me a document saying I had forfeit the entire deposit because I'd sold my contract. So I scoured the entire contract and found that that wasn't mentioned on a single line. I called them out on it and they said some "mistake had been made". But I did find it interesting that it said they had to give me my deposit back at the most 30 days after surrender of the apartment. At that point it had been three months. I informed them I had a solid legal case against them since they had been the ones who had violated the contract. Finally they said they'd sent the check...which of course took around two weeks 4 months later I'm finally out of Stadium 150 and have my security deposit back. But only after a complete battle and so much stress. I know as soon as I post this, the office will respond and deny it. Then I'll get an angry threatening call like I did last time. That's alright, I have the right to speak up about my experience. I just hope that at least one person will go live somewhere else after seeing this. DO NOT GET STUCK HERE, or you'll have to fight to get out!

Horrible management. Try to get every last penny from every resident. Don't keep up the apartment well. Management forgot to pay my apartment's power bill one month and we didn't have power for 3 days. Refuse to state the rules but punish you anyways (like for parking)

People are the only reason I ever stay. Location is great and there are more amenities than some other places around Provo. For the price you pay it is worth it. Downside is almost no parking and treated like trash by management.

Generally it wasn’t great and I wouldn’t recommend. There is not enough parking and they stop selling passes when there’s still space. They will boot you too if you try to park there! Management was terrible with turn over every few months. The apartments are okay quality and have

2 fridges which is awesome.

Stadium 150 is not too bad, I just think living somewhere south of campus is better if you're looking for a good social scene. The bishopric in the ward is great. But overall, it's a relatively small place and not much impresses me about it. Rent is more expensive than

I thought it would be.

It looks great in pictures but in my experience it wasn't as great in person. Hardly any storage, management was terrible, and more. If you don't need a place with lots of storage or management that is on top of things, then I'd recommend it otherwise!

Overall is was sub-par. The apartment wasn't a dump, but is wasn't nice either. Bathroom had tons of issues with leaking showers, and water leaking from my ceiling. Management still hasn't fixed the problem despite 4-5 work orders submitted. There were some issue getting parking passes, I got booted

multiple times even though I was paying for parking, and they couldn't do anything to help waive the fee.
