Good place to live- I’m staying. But I wish the management would learn to use the internet so I could pay my rent online rather than go to their office.

Cathy is who you deal with. If you’re on her good side she’s fine, but she
can be a piece of work if you’re not. And you only can pay with check/cash/money order. Not even cards. They don’t know how to use the internet. Your contract will legit be written on a typewriter.
