Worth the money, Safe, 10/10 would recommend
I lived here for the summer only but I really loved it. The apartment is really nice and it is the best to have 2 bathrooms with 3 people AND a washer/ dryer in the unit. Management isn't the best, but I like that they don't bother me all the

time either. The ward is super great and people are willing to make friends there.

I love Santa Barbara Condominiums. It is a little bit of an older crowd. I used Mountain View Management and they are amazing. They are so responsive and really care about the residents of their apartments. They go above and beyond. They keep everything up to date too! (I've lived

here for a year and they repainted, redecorated, cleaned the carpets, and updated furniture).
