Nothing to write home about, Run down, Old
This place was not amazing, but not terrible. Checking in for the first time was not a good experience since no one showed me to my apartment. An interim office worker just gave me a key and let me go. They didn't even check my id.
My entire time here management has been pretty absent. Heating was gone for the first little while in my apartment. Hot tub has never worked. Laundry is not even on site, its in the building next door. Also I was promised parking and then I was never allowed to park here.

This place is not a good place to live. It’s old, run down, and management is super hard to contact

Until management switched it wasn’t very responsive but has been getting better. The apartments could use some renovation.

Worth the money, Safe, Younger crowd
It was a great apartment. I loved there before they increased the price and it was great. The management is super nice and after the management switched work orders were done lots faster. It also had 2 refrigerators which was amazing

Park Place is old and lacking in many critical areas, such as laundry, good parking, general management, and repairs. However, it is close to campus, it is mid-priced, and there is a bus stop right outside.

Management changed about seven times in the year I lived there. They oversold the available parking
spaces, so even if we paid for a pass, there was still a good chance you wouldn't be able to find a spot. Also, don't count on getting anything fixed too soon if you choose this place.

COVID was difficult for everyone, and some people in my complex received good treatment. I, however,
had to share a cinder block wall with the drug dealers they moved into the empty apartment next door. After I called the police on them, I no longer felt safe and moved out.
