Worth the money, Responsive management, Old
It’s a comfortable place, a little older but all the amenities are up to date and function well. The bathrooms are a little dingy and some paint is peeling off the wall. Mostly because command strips don’t stick to walls very well without ripping off.

It’s a 30 walk from campus if you go to BYU. However, the bus stop is
only 15 minute away. In terms of shopping and groceries it is a little out of the way due to the massive concrete dividers along the main rod. Luckily shooing is close.
