Great ward, super close to BYU! Covered parking, in-unit washer/dryer, three stories (bedrooms, big main level, spacious basement). Really loved my time here.

Amazing living space. Honestly best place I've lived in Provo. The best view I know of with the back deck and perfect for throwing parties and events. Literally, everyone that comes is shocked at how nice it is inside and how great the setup is. The social life in the
complex/ward isn't the most bumpin I've seen in Provo and it draws an older more lowkey crowd.

Overall I love living here and probably will for the rest of my single life. Super close to campus and also just very modern, new, and clean-looking. Rent is about to go up to starting at 445 before utilities and I didn't know how to put this, but it
should be known that that's for the contract including parking. For each of the 4 person apartments, there are given 3 parking spots.

I really like these townhomes, I have the shared room contract without parking, but there are contracts with parking and private rooms throughout the complex as well. It’s a five minute walk to the BYU Wilkinson building, to the UXV bus stop, and to the creamery on ninth ( perfect
for late night treats) which makes it super easy to get around town.

It’s a great place! Clean and comfortable. Rent could be lower since it’s a shared space, but you can’t beat the townhome feel and 5 minute walk to campus. The ward is the best BYU ward I’ve been in so far also.
