Great location, Responsive management, Worth the money
Brownstone is an overall great spot to live. The apartments aren't the nicest in Provo, but for the price, it is second to none. My favorite part is the location, right next to king henry, the bus stop, and VASA.

For the price, they are all you would need, would be nice to have in apartment

laundry but it is on-site so not the end of the world.

Worth the money, Safe, Younger Crowd
Absolutely loved my time here! It’s not the cleanest place but it’s very social and everyone is always doing activities, plus, the ward is amazing!!

Older Apartment. No air conditioning or heating. Not enough parking but everything is well furnished.
