Great location, 10/10 would recommend, Responsive management
Excellent affordable BYU contracted housing. South of campus, close to everything you need. It may not have all the bells and whistles of other complexes but for the price, it’s a good value. Great guys and great neighbors in the complex.

While there is nothing particularly special about the Berkshire, it gives good quality for a low price.
