see moreHas the usual Provo housing quirks (a few paint chips, older style cabinetry). Wifi is through Google Fiber (so free if your willing to deal with slow internet). Water, Trash, Sewage all covered by landlord. Electricity and gas are set up and paid by residents. Usually a max of $25 a month (depends on time of year). Management is FANTASTIC. MVM is always on top of everything. Maintenance requests generally are completed in under 24 hours and can expect responses to emails (on weekdays) within 24 hours as well. Down payment is expensive, but they don't rip you off when it comes to getting it back. $30 a year to clean the carpets/other general maintenance is all that has really been taken from mine. Also, year contracts only (although MVM is easy to work with if you manage to sell your contract). 4 people per apartment, two are given parking contracts (guaranteed one covered parking spot and one additional parking. Communicate with roommates to decide who gets each). Generally able to find street parking close if not returning home later than midnight. Just 2 blocks south of campus. One block from UVX bus stop. 2 Bathrooms. Furnished, artwork, in house laundry. Sorry no pictures! Not something I generally take pictures of.
